SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Sara Graphic Enterprise (PAKARESUME) (“Service Provider”) and the Client (“You”). By making payment, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Scope of Services

PAKARESUME provides HR-led career development services which may include:

  • Resume / CV / Portfolio Writing – ATS-friendly, professionally crafted by HR-trained writers.
  • Cover Letter Writing – Personalised and tailored to job descriptions.
  • LinkedIn / JobStreet Optimization – Profile branding and keyword optimisation.
  • Career Guidance Elements – Depending on package purchased (e.g., 1-on-1 sessions, interview coaching, application strategy).

Note:
The exact features you receive follow the package you purchased, as stated on your invoice and WhatsApp confirmation.

 

  1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required before work starts.
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options are available (Atome, Grab PayLater, ShopeePayLater).
  • Payment confirms your slot in our queue and begins internal processing.

 

  1. Turnaround Time

We will provide the delivery date during WhatsApp onboarding, based on the nearest available slot.

General Terms:

  • Maximum standard timeline: Up to 14 working days from the date of receiving full client information.
  • Urgent Requests: If you need to cut queue, an urgent fee of RM50–RM100 will be charged depending on urgency.

 

  1. Revision Policy

Each package includes a different number of revisions.
The number of revisions applicable to you will be:

  • Stated clearly on your invoice, and
  • Confirmed with you through WhatsApp before work begins.

Revision Rules:

  • Client must request revisions within the timeframe given by the writer.
  • All revision requests must be specific and shared via WhatsApp.
  • Additional revisions beyond the package are not included.
  • Self-editing MS Word files will be provided.

 

  1. Client Responsibilities

To begin your service, the Client must provide:

  1. Latest resume or work history
  2. Additional information requested via form
  3. Selected template
  4. Accurate personal details
  5. Exact job position / field
  6. Any achievements, certificates, or project details

Important:

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • If you fail to provide required information and later request a refund, only 50% refund will be issued. The remaining 50% covers internal processing and slot allocation.
  • You must finalise your draft within 7 working days of receiving it.
    If no response, PAKARESUME will:
  1. Email your files automatically, and
  2. Proceed with the remaining features of the package.

 

  1. Confidentiality & Data Protection
  • All personal information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
  • We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
  • You may request your data to be deleted at any time.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • The content of your resume/CV belongs to you after full payment.
  • All templates, designs, frameworks, and formats remain the intellectual property of PAKARESUME.
  • Clients cannot resell, redistribute, or use our templates for commercial purposes.

 

  1. Service Limitations

To maintain professional and ethical standards:

  • We do not guarantee interviews or job placement.
  • We do not falsify or exaggerate information.
  • We do not apply for jobs on your behalf (unless explicitly included in a premium package).
  • Career success depends on multiple factors including your effort, job market conditions, and interview performance.

PAKARESUME follows a separate refund policy.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreement, both parties agree to resolve matters through discussion and reasonable negotiation. Legal action will only be considered as a final option after all other methods have been exhausted.

 

  1. Acceptance of Agreement

By making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Service Agreement and the separate Refund Policy.

2. Services

Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

● Resume/CV/Portfolio Writing: Our certified resume writers, coached by HR experts, craft professional and tailored resumes, CVs, and portfolios that highlight your unique skills, experiences, and accomplishments. We ensure your documents are ATS-friendly and designed to catch the eye of hiring managers, helping you stand out in a competitive job market.

● Cover Letter Writing: Our team of certified resume writers, guided by HR experts, creates compelling and personalised cover letters that effectively convey your enthusiasm and suitability for the job. Each cover letter is tailored to match the job description and company culture, increasing your chances of landing an interview.

● LinkedIn/Jobstreet Profile Optimization: Our certified resume writers, trainedby HR experts, optimise your LinkedIn and Jobstreet profiles to enhance your online presence and attract potential employers. We focus on creating a professional and engaging profile that showcases your skills, experience, and achievements, making you more visible and appealing to recruiters.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

● Basic Job Hunting Package: Resume only – RM150
● Premium Job Hunting Package: Resume + LinkedIn/Jobstreet profile – RM200
● Serious Job Hunting Package: Resume + LinkedIn + Jobstreet profiles – RM250
● Payment Methods: Online Transfer only
● Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we start the work

4. Turnaround Time

● Standard Turnaround Time: 7 days upon receiving full information from the client.
● Expedited Services: Urgent orders are accepted with an additional surcharge of RM50, with a faster turnaround time to be agreed upon.

5. Revision Policy

● Basic Job Hunting Package: No revisions are included. Clients receive the MS Word file and can make their own edits.
● Premium Job Hunting Package: Includes 1 draft revision provided via WhatsApp.
● Serious Job Hunting Package: Includes 2 draft revisions provided via WhatsApp.

Process for Requesting Revisions:
Clients must request revisions within 24 houra of receiving the initial draft. Revision requests should be specific and sent via WhatsApp to ensure clear communication. The subsequent draft will be provided by the writers within 3 days of amendment confirmation.

Limitations:
No additional revision requests are accepted beyond the included revisions. We provide self-editing files along with a tutorial, enabling clients to make further edits themselves.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide the following information to begin the service:
● Existing resume with the latest information
● Additional details required by the sales team via a form
● Selected template from our catalogue
● Correct Contact details
● Position they want to apply for
All information should be submitted to the Admin via WhatsApp.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

● Handling Client Information: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All personal and professional details provided by the client are used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and are stored securely.
● Privacy Policy: We have a comprehensive privacy policy in place to protect our clients’ information. Our privacy policy ensures that:
● Client information is not shared with any third parties without explicitconsent.
● All data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
● Clients can request the deletion of their data at any time.
